What you need to join Ratpack Field Archers
You need two things to become a Ratpack member,(1)NFAS membership and (2)Ratpack membership.
(1)You can come to us with proof of NFAS membership or we can arrange it for you.NFAS membership also includes your public liability insurance.
(2)Ratpack membership pays for the club overheads.
Additional club details
- AGM held once a year.
- Committee meetings held when required.
- Anything at anytime can be brought to the committees attention for further action.
- Most correspondance is by email(letters to those without email).
- Course shuts for maintenance, no more than 4 days a year.
- Training available if required.
- Equipment advice given if required.
- Faces mainly waterproof foam silhouette sheets.
Club rules in addition to NFAS rules
- Always wear stout footwear as we have adders.
- Always follow the course in the direction it is shot.
- Do not shoot the animals.
- Do not pick the flowers.
- If you smoke, make sure you put it out.
- Take your litter home.
- Take broken carbon arrows home.
